This spacious 1,442 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the second floor of a four-story building and has an elevator. Two dedicated parking spaces are included with each reservation. The building features a shared community rooftop pool, fitness center, and tennis court. Casa Finisterra is located in close proximity to the Los Cabos Costco, Fresko supermarket, and Walmart.

Beautiful ocean views greet you upon entering. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized refrigerator as well as being fully stocked with cookware and dishware. 

The spacious living room has a smart TV, sliding doors opening to a large private terrace that’s fully furnished with lounge chairs, barbeque grill, and a dining table. The terrace offers stunning views of the Cabo San Lucas Arch and the Pacific Ocean. 

The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and double vanity as well as a king-sized bed. The spacious guest bedroom has a full-sized bed, large closet and a full bathroom just next to it. 

The Ventanas community in Cabo includes two pools, one of which offers an amazing view of the famous Arch of San Lucas. 

This unit does not allow children and all guests must be 21 years of age or older. Parties or loud noises are not permitted due to HOA rules and regulations.
